Why this blog?
Because I have always wanted to share my knowledge, my discoveries, my experiences and the lessons I learn from life with as many people as possible. Sharing has therefore been my primary motivation. Then jointly, I felt the need to care for others, especially women, and a desire to facilitate their access to happiness. If I know tips and advice on how to live better, why not share them with those who are willing to listen?
I don’t want to put this blog in a specific category or niche, as is often recommended. I’m talking about everything I like, everything I discover, everything I know, yet with one and the same leitmotif: “Feeling better in your head, in your body and in your life! To make you happier all in all!
I am a big fan of travel (indoor and outdoor), reading and the great outdoors. I love being in nature, exploring, walking, climbing and marvelling at the vastness of the landscapes.
I also love dancing, eating, meditation, laughing, discovering new things, campfires, yoga, friends, family, spirituality, cooking/eating healthy pastries, summer evenings, tea, discussing, sharing and taking time to live!
I have always been a great sports enthusiast. I have been dancing for over 15 years, I practice yoga every day, and from time to time I also practice rock climbing. At the same time, I also do a lot of hiking and trekking, because I love it (I’ve been on the mythical GR20, the Mare e Monti Nord, the Mare a Mare Nord, and many others).
